We use only the highest quality rolling assemblies available. Don’t get stuck with someone who buys their parts at a hardware store – those are substandard and almost always the cheapest available. Even if the work is done by a very competent neighbor or handyman, it won’t do you any long term good because the parts they are able to buy are made to be sold to the retail consumer at the lowest possible price. Not all glass door rollers are created equally and have the same life expectancy – just like other items you buy, quality makes a very big and noticeable difference.
