It is odd for me to describe a contractor encounter as wonderful but doing business with Door Problems was truly a joy. I was told how much it would cost ahead of time and “what do you know” when they were done everything was exactly as predicted. My door now moves back and forth like it’s on a piece of glass and I found the cost to be very reasonable. I feel like they saved me a lot of money since another company told me I would have to replace it. Jim had a big laugh when I told him that. Many thanks!
