About Our Products

We laser-engrave on a wide variety of materials, including:

Yes! Most of our items are made-to-order so each piece is personalized just for you. Some standard catalog items may be available immediately, but the majority of our products are custom-engraved after you place your order.
Absolutely! Customization is our specialty. You can request names, dates, quotes, monograms, logos, or nearly any design. Simply use our Custom Order form to describe what you have in mind. We'll reach out within 1–2 business days to confirm details.
Yes β€” we love bulk orders for weddings, conferences, corporate retreats, and more! Please contact us at bebeadedandmore@gmail.com or call (407) 758-9994 for bulk pricing. Discounts are available for orders of 10 or more pieces.

Ordering & Payments

Fill out the Custom Order Request form on our homepage with your name, email, product category, and what you'd like engraved. You can also attach a reference image. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with a quote and timeline.
We currently accept payment via PayPal (including credit and debit cards through PayPal). For in-person purchases at craft fairs and markets, we also accept cash and mobile payments.
For larger custom orders (typically over $50), we may request a 50% deposit before beginning production to secure materials and your spot in our queue. We will discuss this with you when we confirm your order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We can usually accommodate changes before production begins. Once an item is engraved, we are unable to make changes as the engraving is permanent.

Production & Shipping

Standard production time is 7–10 business days from order confirmation. Larger or more complex orders may take longer. Rush orders may be available β€” please contact us to discuss. Production time does not include shipping time.
Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States. International shipping may be available upon request β€” please contact us for rates and availability. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 within the continental U.S.
We ship via USPS or UPS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Yes! Local pickup is available in Clermont, FL. You can also find us every Sunday at the Clermont Farmers Market. Please mention local pickup when placing your order and we'll coordinate a convenient time.

Returns & Quality

Because most of our items are custom-made and personalized, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error on our part. Please see our full Refund Policy for details. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us at bebeadedandmore@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Care depends on the material:
  • Stainless steel tumblers: Hand wash recommended. Not dishwasher safe (the engraving can fade).
  • Wood items: Keep away from prolonged moisture. Occasionally rub with mineral oil to maintain the finish.
  • Slate: Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking.
  • Jewelry/leather: Keep dry and store away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

We are proudly based in Clermont, Florida. You can find us at the Clermont Farmers Market every Sunday. For studio visits or pickups, please contact us in advance to arrange an appointment.
